4 visit package is $260 ($65/visit)

12 visit package is $720 ($60/visit)

Private Office Visit: $120

“Welcome Back” Exam: $100
(More than 3 months since last visit)

Spinal Scans: $70

Adult New Patient: $195

Pediatric New Patient: $95

Pediatric with Family Member: $30
