Dr. Danielle Gonzales (née Jordan) began her professional journey as a clinical chemist working in a hospital in San Francisco, following her undergraduate studies at UC Santa Cruz and clinical studies at UC San Diego. She loved the work, however, she realized it was not aligned to her soul's true calling. During her down time she read books on somatic psychotherapy, acupuncture, osteopathy, neuroscience, and energy healing, which fueled her passion and opened her mind to what it means to be truly healthful. She decided to pursue a career in chiropractic, and chose Life Chiropractic College West to further her professional path.
She is grateful that her studies at Life West were at one of the few chiropractic schools that taught Network Spinal as an elective (formerly Network Spinal Analysis). When she experienced Network Spinal firsthand, she received personal understanding of how learned behaviors, stress patterns, and limiting beliefs were connected to the distortions of her spine. As her spine healed, she discovered that she could live a more aligned life. She felt calmer, clearer and more at peace with herself. She believes that feeling amazing in one's body means that love and vitality have the capacity to overflow into all areas of life. Dr. Danielle graduated as Valedictorian in 2020, and is committed to providing her patients this healing pathway toward alignment and vitality.
Dr. Danielle grew up in Sonoma County, California. She made her way to Portland in 2022 when a chance meeting revealed an open opportunity at Mutter Chiropractic. She had always dreamed of living in Oregon and now that dream is a reality, making her home in SW Portland with her husband, Ryan, and their daughter, Evie.
