(After a pause in care of more than 3 months)

Injury/Update Exam $110
(For established patients to assess new area of focus)

Adult New Patient $225
($175 for additional household members 14 and older)

Pediatric New Patient $125
(Children under 14 years of age)

“Littles” Follow Up Visit $70
(For children under 12 years of age)

“Littles” Visit $35 when scheduled with Parent’s Appointment
